Bird Dog and Side Plank Exercises

Here’s a good video demonstrating the Side Plank and Bird Dog Exercises. These are great for strengthening the core muscles.

If you want to turbocharge them, do them with a wobble cushion under your knee (when doing the Bird Dog) or forearm (when doing the Side Plank).
